SurveyGold has a user–friendly interface that makes this program easy to use. Surveys can be published online or on paper. Surveyors can also conduct and enter manual interviews over the phone or face–to–face.

Although SurveyGold only provides the most popular types of survey questions all questions and answers are editable and can be modified to a certain degree. Surveys can be visually modified to include images, background color and various fonts. Surveyors can also refine controls to require answers on specific questions, set skip patters and curb ballot box stuffing. These tools help keep surveys as accurate and reliable as possible. Results can be directly downloaded from the Internet or emailed to your account.

SurveyGold provides analysis reports using simple statistical tools like pie charts, means and percentages. It’s most sophisticated statistical tool is the cross tabulation feature; however, the cross–tabs can only compare two questions at a time and does not determine a correlation between the two. SurveyGold had one of the easiest to use analysis reports we reviewed.

All analysis reports can be exported to a Word or Text file.
