SurveySaid is conveniently separated into three different survey programs working together, Survey Creator, Survey Analyzer and Survey Respondent. Surveys can be conducted online, on paper or manually.

SurveySaid provides several question options including multiple choice, ranking, rating, question matrix and short answers. Some have different names within the program, however; they perform the same functions. Questions can be custom created by the surveyor, chosen from a library of common questions or use the large selection of sample surveys as templates.

The analysis options available are limited to graphs and banner tabulations. SurveySaid provided more graphing options than any other program we reviewed. It can create pie, bar and line graphs, as well as scatter charts, bubble graphs, candlestick charts and more. Unfortunately, it does not calculate mean, median or mode, standard deviation or correlation matrices.

SurveySaid is limited in design and analysis options. It allows visual designs like imaging, but does not include font or color change. While it does allow for skip patterns and time responses, there is no way to restrict access to the surveys through passwords or cookies.

Results and surveys can be imported or exported from Text file programs.
